Refashioned black tactical jacket made by True Spec size small regular. Approximate measurements are height from 67” to 71 Chest from 33” to 37”. Hawaiian Quilt Ulu Pattern appliqued in the center of the jacket and frayed around the edges. “E Ala E” (Rise Up) is freestyle hand-painted using white fabric paint. there is two metallic red ulu iron-on patches on the front two pockets.
